     红蜂机器人有限责任公司是一家专注于农业领域使用的机器人和AGV设备研发、生产厂商。公司首创的苗床AGV运输系统能为苗床种植客户提供更高效、可靠的苗床运输解决方案,能够与天车、轮式线、苗床堆垛等多种设备无缝对接,且成本远低于轮式线物流。实验室机器人可用于代替人工进行作物的DNA、RNA的提取实验过程,自动对接移液工作站、纯化仪、分液器等多种设备。牵引AGV可为温室种植客户提供自动牵引系统解决方案,并支持与自动卸货流水线、自动门对接。公司可为客户提供农业领域的机器人、机器视觉和AGV的定制解决方案。

目前、红蜂机器人在天津东信花卉公司的种植温室(温室面积50万平米,全球第二,亚洲第一)中实现了包含20台AGV的全球首个苗床AGV转运系统,被央视等多家媒体报道,天津市市长等众多领导多次视察该项目。

红蜂机器人还承接了云南英茂宜良温室项目中的物流系统。该温室面积为31万平米是西南地区最大的种植温室。

在北京翠湖农业科技有限公司、宁波市战略性蔬菜保供基地、北京盛思科技有限公司等多家客户实现多台产品销售。

红蜂机器人是国家高新技术企业,已获得发明专利五项,另外有两项发明专利正在申请中,软件著作权七项,参于国家标准《工业产品表面缺陷自动检测系统技术要求》的制定。参与北京市科委《多基因聚合育种技术自动化平台建设与蔬菜抗病抗逆新种质创制》项目。

苗床AGV运输系统,由背负式苗床AGV、调度系统、轮式线、轻载天车和物流运输系统组成,主要用于在温室内全自动的苗床运输。苗床AGV运输系统具有鲁棒性强、成本低、灵活性强、效率高、自动化成都高等特点。

相较于轮式线运输系统,苗床AGV系统更加安全可靠,运行故障率更低。传统轮式线物流系统一般有几千传感、运动节点,其中上千个运动节点,只要单个节点故障,整个物流系统即出现故障。相较之下,AGV车辆内部的可靠性依赖节点少,用材扎实,且不同的车辆可以相互替换,因而整体故障率较低,更加可靠。AGV运输系统有三层安全保障系统,更加有效的抱闸人员、车辆、设备的安全。

在满足用户相同运输量的条件下,苗床AGV运输系统的造价低于全自动轮式线系统。一般而言,苗床AGV运输系统,省去了轮式线系统中大量的电机、推拉机构、气缸及各种传感器和控制器,并且苗床底部无须安装轮子,也无须大量的支撑机构,因此总造价更低。

苗床AGV运输系统,灵活性更强。1、客户可以根据自己的生产需求,随时调整AGV数量,灵活生产;2、当客户的生产工艺、生产路线、种植区域发生变化的时候,苗床AGV运输系统仅需更在系统重配置即可完成路线的升级,无须大量的施工;3、AGV运输系统可以满足多种工艺的并行生产,同一个区,甚至同一列,可以同事做不同的种植工艺,相较于轮式线系统,一个生产区在同一时间只能做一种任务,AGV系统的生产具有更强的灵活性。

苗床AGV运输系统,运输效率更高。多辆车辆协同作业,可以同时进入一个苗床列中,快速完成一列或多列苗床列的运输任务。并且AGV车辆的运输速度高于轮式线的苗床移动的速度。

苗床AGV运输系统,自动化程度高。用户进行在图形化界面上选择作业的队列、轮式线、苗床数量,系统会自动选择车辆,自动指挥交通,自动将对接轮式线、苗床支架灯设备,将苗床运输到目的地。系统能够对作物的整个种植生命周期进行管理和溯源,可以自动管理和溯源作物的定植、补苗、分级、打理、喷灌、打药、灌溉等操作。

Currently, RedBee Robotics has implemented the world's first Bench AGV transfer system with 20 AGVs in the planting greenhouse of Tianjin Dongxin Flower Company (with a greenhouse area of 500,000 square meters, ranking second in the world and first in Asia). This system has been reported by CCTV and many other media outlets, and many leaders including the Mayor of Tianjin have inspected the project on multiple occasions.

Red Bee Robot has also undertaken the logistics system for the Yunnan Yingmao Yiliang Greenhouse Project. This greenhouse, with an area of 310,000 square meters, is the largest planting greenhouse in southwest China.

Multiple units of products have been sold to several clients, including Beijing Cuihu Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd., Ningbo Strategic Vegetable Supply Guarantee Base, and Beijing Shengsi Technology Co., Ltd.

Red Bee Robot is a national high-tech enterprise. It has obtained five invention patents, with another two invention patents under application, and seven software copyrights. It participated in the formulation of the national standard "Technical Requirements for Automatic Detection Systems for Surface Defects of Industrial Products" and the project "Construction of an Automated Platform for Multi-Gene Pyramiding Breeding Technology and Creation of New Vegetable Germplasm with Disease Resistance and Stress Tolerance" of the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission.

The Bench AGV transportation system is composed of Bench AGV, a scheduling system, wheeled lines, light-duty overhead cranes, and a logistics transportation system. It is mainly used for fully automatic Bench transportation in greenhouses. The Bench AGV transportation system features strong robustness, low cost, high flexibility, high efficiency, and a high degree of automation.

Compared with the wheeled line transportation system, the Bench AGV system is safer, more reliable and has a lower operating failure rate. The traditional wheeled line logistics system generally has thousands of sensing and motion nodes, among which there are thousands of motion nodes. If a single node fails, the entire logistics system will fail. In contrast, the internal reliability of AGV vehicles depends on fewer nodes, the materials used are solid, and different vehicles can be replaced with each other, so the overall failure rate is lower and more reliable. The AGV transportation system has a three-layer safety guarantee system, which can more effectively protect the safety of personnel, vehicles and equipment.

Under the condition of meeting the same transportation volume required by users, the cost of the Bench AGV transportation system is lower than that of the fully automatic wheeled line system. Generally speaking, the Bench AGV transportation system eliminates a large number of motors, push-pull mechanisms, cylinders, various sensors and controllers in the wheeled line system. Moreover, there is no need to install wheels at the bottom of the Bench, nor a large number of supporting mechanisms, so the total cost is lower.

The Bench AGV transportation system offers greater flexibility. 1. Customers can adjust the number of AGVs at any time according to their production needs to achieve flexible production; 2. When the customer's production process, production route, or planting area changes, the Bench AGV transportation system only needs to be reconfigured in the system to complete route upgrades without extensive construction; 3. The AGV transportation system can meet the parallel production of multiple processes. In the same area, even the same row, different planting processes can be carried out simultaneously. Compared with the wheeled line system, where a production area can only perform one task at a time, the AGV system has stronger production flexibility.

The Bench AGV transportation system offers higher transportation efficiency. Multiple vehicles can work collaboratively, entering a Bench row simultaneously to quickly complete the transportation tasks of one or multiple Bench rows. Moreover, the transportation speed of AGV vehicles is higher than that of Benchs moving on wheeled lines.

The Bench AGV transportation system features a high level of automation. Users select the operation queue, wheeled line, and number of Benchs on the graphical interface, and the system will automatically select vehicles, direct traffic, dock with equipment such as wheeled lines and Bench supports, and transport the Benchs to the destination. The system can manage and trace the entire planting life cycle of crops, and can automatically manage and trace operations such as crop planting, seedling replenishment, grading, maintenance, sprinkler irrigation, pesticide application, and irrigation.
